Biographie
Ensemble, les frères Duplass fondent leur société de production en 1996 et signent plusieurs films remarqués : La Chaise gonflable (2005), Cyrus (2010) ou Jeff, maman a un amant (2011). Côté séries, ils cocréent Togetherness (HBO, 2015) et Room 104 (HBO, 2017).
En tant qu'acteur, Mark Duplass se distingue notamment dans la franchise horrifique Creep (2014, 2017), puis dans The Morning Show sur Apple TV+, où il campe le personnage de Charlie "Chip" Black. Ce rôle lui vaut deux nominations aux Primetime Emmy Awards dans la catégorie Meilleur acteur de soutien dans une série dramatique.
Marié à l'actrice Katie Aselton depuis 2006, avec qui il a eu deux filles, il est également le chanteur du groupe indie rock Volcano, I'm Still Excited !!
