Adrien Brody
Acting
Biographie
Adrien Brody a participé à de nombreux films à succès tels que "La ligne rouge" ("The thin red line", 1998), "Le village" ("The village", 2004), "King Kong" (2005), "Predators" (2010) et "Minuit à Paris" ("Midnight in Paris", 2011). Collaborateur régulier de Wes Anderson, il a joué dans quatre de ses films : "À bord du Darjeeling limited" (The Darjeeling limited", 2007), "Fantastic Mr. Fox" (2009), "The grand Budapest hotel" (2014) et "The french dispatch" (2021).
En 2017, il a marqué les esprits en incarnant Luca Changretta dans la quatrième saison de la série britannique "Peaky blinders". En 2022, il a interprété un rôle important dans le biopic "Blonde", consacré à Marilyn Monroe, et a incarné Pat Riley dans la première saison de la série dramatique sportive "Winning time: The rise of the Lakers dynasty".
En 2023, il a interprété Schubert Green dans "Asteroid city" de Wes Anderson, poursuivant ainsi sa collaboration avec le réalisateur. Il a également joué le rôle de Leveque dans "Ghosted" et celui de Dad Dan dans "Manodrome". De plus, il est apparu dans la série télévisée "Poker face", incarnant Sterling Frost Jr. En 2024, Brody a tenu le rôle principal de László Tóth dans "The brutalist", réalisé par Brady Corbet. Le film, qui retrace le parcours d'un architecte hongrois émigrant aux États-Unis après la seconde guerre mondiale, a été présenté en avant-première mondiale à la Mostra de Venise en septembre 2024. La performance de Brody a été saluée, lui valant le Golden Globe du meilleur acteur dans un film dramatique en janvier 2025. Par ailleurs, il a repris son rôle de Pat Riley dans la 2e saison de la série "Winning time: The rise of the lakers dynasty".
