Se cachant avec son fils Taylor sur la côte mexicaine, Nero espère mettre sa violente carrière dans les forces spéciales derrière lui. Mais après l’attaque de la maison de Nero et l’enlèvement de Taylor, le mystérieux Mzamo ordonne à Nero de massacrer les membres de trois syndicats criminels rivaux. S'il échoue, Taylor mourra. Maintenant, avec des balles volantes et des corps tombant alors que Nero termine sa mission, il court pour trouver la cachette de Mzamo et se venger.
